This policy covers the website jsprai.com, run by Jaspers Inc ("Jaspers", "we"). It says what the site collects, why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us about it. Jaspers Terminal, the desktop app, and the Jaspers account service have their own data practices, summarized at the end. ## What we collect **Access requests.** When you submit the request form on the homepage, we receive what you type: first name, last name, work email, cell phone, organization, and LinkedIn profile if you give one, together with the time and the page it came from. The entry is written to a database hosted by Supabase. The same fields are also sent to our own web server as a backup, where they land in a request log along with your IP address and browser user agent. Your browser additionally keeps a copy of what you submitted in its local storage, on your device only, which you can clear at any time. **Website analytics.** The site loads Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and sends Google your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. We use it to see how many people visit and what they look at. **Server and network logs.** The site is served through Cloudflare and from a server we run on Amazon Web Services. Both record the usual request details: IP address, time, the URL requested, user agent, and referrer. We use these logs to run and secure the site. **Fonts.** Pages load the Inter and Source Serif 4 typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google the request for the font files, including your IP address. We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not buy data about you from others. ## Why we use it - To contact you about Jaspers when seats open for your desk, which is the one email the access form promises. - To operate, secure, and debug the website. - To understand which pages are read and how the site is found. ## Who processes it Supabase (the access-request database), Google (Analytics and Fonts), Cloudflare (network and caching), and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except when the law requires it. ## How long we keep it Access requests are kept until we have contacted you and the request is closed, or until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for operations and rotated. Google Analytics retains event data on its own schedule, which we keep at Google's default. ## Your choices - Do not submit the form if you would rather we hold nothing about you; the rest of the site works without it. - Block cookies or scripts from Google Analytics in your browser, or use a content blocker; the site works without them. - Email hub@jsprai.com from the address you gave us to see, correct, or delete your data. We will act on the request and confirm by email. ## Jaspers Terminal and the Jaspers account Jaspers Terminal runs on your computer. Your API keys, your data, and your history are stored on your machine, not on ours. Everything the Terminal fetches is kept in one local SQLite file. The app can record how it is used through Eye, and what Eye captures, what it never captures, and where it goes is documented at https://github.com/JaspersAI/terminal/blob/main/docs/eye.md. Signing in with Jaspers creates an account at account.jsprai.com, identified by your email address, which meters your use of the hosted services.
